Description

We have an exciting opportunity for General Operatives/Insulation Installers to join our exceptionally friendly team, assisting with the retrofitting, External Wall Insulation, Cavity Wall Insulation, Attic Insulation and Ventilation. Ideal candidates will have a background in construction and general site work and a keen interest in learning new skills. Training will be provided to ensure you are proficient with all necessary equipment for this role.

Requirements

Essential Skills:
  • Ability to work with or lead a team.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Open to receiving and implementing instructions.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Knowledge of building and retrofit practices.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Requirements:
  • Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
  • Full clean driver's license
Job Type: Full-time once probationary period of 6 months is successfully completed

Pay: TBC - Negotiable

  • Construction: 2 years (required)

  • B Driving Licence (required)
